POST 6: About Emmi Pikler

  Today I will speak about Emmi Pikler, because i think she is a very important person for my field of study.   Emmi Pikler is an Austrian paediatrician, she was born in 9 January 1902. His most important contribution was as director of the Pikler institute, a residential nursery (previously called an orphanage). On the Pikler institute, she made important research about psychomotor developmental in children. Some of his research allowed him to write some books. Emmi Pikler directed the Pikler institute until 1979 and finally, she died in 1984.   I learning about Emmi Pikler in my psychomotricity class, because my teacher spoke to us about his work in the pikler institute. Also, I saw a documentary that allows to understand the importance of his approach.   About of the books of Emmi Pikler, I read "Moverse en libertad". This book is really interesting, because sets out a new method of education that respect the free movement of children. Also, Emmi Pikle...

POST 5: A little about the cats...

  Today I will speak a little about the cats, because are my favorites animals…   In my opinión, the cats are animals very intelligent. According to some research, the meow of cats is a way to communicate with persons and also, each meow means something different. Another thing about the cats is that they can jump from more than 3 meters high.   Something that I know for my experience (because i have 4 cats) is that they sleep too much, especially during the daytime. At night they have the habit of be more active, even they run and play a lot. On the other hand, not all cats are gruff or unfriendly and won´t let anyone pet them, for example, my cats love to be petted and have people atención. Also, I could say that the cats love try to catch insect or even they try catch any one thing appeal his attencion.   In conclusion, I think that the cats are the cats are really wonderful, but the only bad thing is that I always have cat hair on my clothes.

POST 4: My favorite photograph...

  Hello everyone!   Today I will talk about my favorite photografy. Well, this photograph is really special for me, because is of my cat (Gastón). Sadly, my cat died last year, then the photographs of him are a beautiful memory for me. Well, that photograph was taken by me in August 2020. I remember that in that moment I thought that the color of the wall was very similar to that of his eyes. On the other hand, I think I really like this photograph, because it was taken during the last months that Gastón was with me and it makes me very happy to remember him. Also, I think that this photograph really pretty and Gastón look so cute. Moreover, I remember that it was a spontaneous photograph, and I used really fast my cell phone to take it. Post 3: My favorite series is...

  Hello everyone! Here you can find some details about me... Today I will speak about of my favorite series…First, I can to tell you that I like a lot of series, but my favorite is “You”. Really I think that is of the best series, because is very interesting and also is unpredictable. On the other hand, I believe that I like watch crime series. I think that the last series what I saw is “Nation Z” (on Netflix)…Really, from my point of view, I don´t recommend, because is very bad. On the other hand, I think that some series on Netflix are very great, but I can´t remember other for recommend (I don´t remember nobody in this moment). However, I like all kind of movies (is my favorite hobby watch movies). On the other hand I think I will speak about books in another moment. In other moment i´m write more things. POST 2: MY FAVOURITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

 Hello everyone! If I think of my favorite piece of technology, the first thing that comes to mind is my cell phone. I believe this because is the only piece of technology that every day I use. I don't remember exactly when I got it, but I think that in February of the last year.   I use my cell phone really every days, because I it allows me to take photographs, send text messages, read digital document, listen to music, watch series and movies (on Netflix and other platforms), as well as make phone calls. Also, I think what I like most is that I can carry it any place, because it is a small object.   Really I believe that I would can live without my cell phone, but maybe would more difficult make some things that my cell phone it is allows me making with great easy.   In other moment I´m write more things. POST 1

  Hello everyone!   I think that my dream job when I was a child to be a dentist, but I don´t remember the reason why I liked that job. On the other hand, after finishing high school I wanted studying psychopedagogy, because I think that is a interesting job. However, I loved much more the idea of studying pedagogy in preschool education, because in the future I have the opportunity of working with children.   On the other hand, my experience at the university until now helped me understand the importance of my career. Also, I feel make me happy this choice and I think it is my dream job. In the future I want to work in a kindergarten, maybe in Santiago or any another place.   In other moment I´m write more things.  Hello everyone! Here you can find some details about me... My name is Javiera Aguayo, I´m twenty years old and I currently study pedagogy in preschool education. Also, my favourite hobby is watch movies and series (I love Netflix), cook, read and among other things. Furthermore, another thing different about me is that I love cats and chocolate (I eat a lot of chocolate).
